4. Refunds
الرجاء طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم أو مغسول وفي غلافه الأصلي مع جميع البطاقات المرفقة.
بدء عملية الإرجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني مع ذكر رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع.
بعض المنتجات مثل العروض الخاصة أو المنتجات التجارية حسب الطلب لا يمكن إرجاعها.
5. Replacement
In case of fire, to exchange the product for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the product, you will be notified whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be transferred to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Delivery fees are non-refundable except in the case of a damaged product or an error in the order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
The product will be replaced or you will receive a full refund at no extra charge.
